Hi
I am from India and live in Germany. I have recently got a job offer from a famous us university and they are sponsoring my H1. I have never been to US before
I have all the documents but I dont have salary stubs of my current employer.
The reason is that I am not drawing any salary from this employer( a German one) because I have a guest scientist position there. I have the work contract with this employer ( again a famous one in Germany and authenticity cannot be doubted). This employer is stated in my cv as current one.
I have pay stubs from all my previous employers.
For my living I do student jobs and dont want to take up any assignment which might delay my joining in the US.
Will it affect the processing in anyway.
