How to add dependent information in CEAC? NVC stage EB1 cat.

Hello,

While my cousin is trying to log into the CEAC it only shows the option to pay fees for the principal applicant. He wants to add his spouse as a dependent. Can he pay his fees and submit his and spouse docs to NVC requesting for an invoice ID to pay spouse fees?

There is no email or calling service available for NVC. Only public inquiry form and it shows 55 days timeline for getting a response.

And cousin got married after I-140 approval.

I don't know the process to include someone as a dependent on an application.

I don't think NVC will allow adding the spouse if they don't have information/documents about the marriage. I'm not sure if form I-824 should be used in this case.

I have the same problem. I have no idea how to add my spouse to CEAC. Did you cousin end up filing that I-824 form?
