Parents Visa IR5- My fathers Interview is done, but mothers Interview apnt is pending

I have applied IR5 visa for both of my parents on the same day that is on 3rd Feb 2020, since we have to apply DS-260 for each of the parent..
I got RFE for my mother's application and it was completed later. My father confirmation came in Mar 2021 and his Visa interview was completed on 6th June 2022.
However, my mothers confirmation came on Feb-22, waiting on her Visa Interview appointment.
My question is that since my father got the visa stamped on his passport, but he cannot travel until my Moms visa also get stamped.
And I don't know when the interview will be scheduled for my mom, since my father's interview took almost 15 months from the date of the confirmation. I don't know how long it will take for my mom's interview.
During this waiting period for my mothers visa interview, my father's visa stamped on passport may expire.
I don't know what are the options available for me.
Please help and guide me

GeoMac - Thanks a lot for the reply. The approval date of my dad and mom is different, since my mom got RFE, and I have responded and closed it. My moms confirmation email was feb-2022 and Dads was Mar-21. My dad took almost 15 months to get the Interview appointment on 6th Jun2022, he got the visa stamped on his passport.
I have also email NVC but until now no response from their side as well.

My guess is that your father will need to travel before the visa expires. Then, he can return and be with your mother. He may need to travel again before the new stamp expires if your mother still hasn't received the visa.
