I-130 and I-485 Processing Times

Hi,

I heard I-130 and I-485 can be processed concurrently. This week only I sent papers for my brother's I-130, How can I file for his I-485 also to be process concurrently.

Please advise me or guide me from where I can get this information.

I-485 can be filed only if the priority date is current. And for brother petition, it takes around 10-12 years for priority date to become current.
