Hi,
I need help on this form entires requested on DS-117 which basically for SB1(Returning Resident Visa)
1) In Section 6 - My Marital Status is Divorced by my ex-husband was the sponsor of my Green Card. So do I need to enter he information?
2) In Section 8d : Its asking for
"Date of Adjustment of Status with DHS (IF ANY)"
"Place of Adjustment of Status with DHS (IF ANY)"
Where can i find this information?
3) Also i have been temporarily been employed here in India for living expenses. Will it harm my application? although my visit was to meet my cancer striken old mother. Do i need to show it on this form or just not include it on the form? All my finances are still in US including retirement funds and taxes all paid yearly in US.
