Parents IR5 interview not scheduled together

I had filled petition for my parents together. both filled got separated, don't know how? received DQ(Documentarily Qualified) for Dad on 5/2021 and mom after for month 9/2021. and got father visa date 7/2022 and got USA visa, still waiting for my Mom visa interview date, i haved send email to NVC inquiry and got answer after two month and send email to [email protected] but not getting enough information or help. Since NVC is not answering phone calls anymore, who else can help? can someone help me have same situation please.
