    DS-240 mistake realized after it's been approved

    Hello,

    is there a way to modify some details on DS-240 after its been approved? The child name spelling is wrong and I realized after it approved and even the visa interview is scheduled. Should I ask my parents to bring it up upon interview or clear it now? if clear it now, How? Please advise.
