How to add children?

Thanks in advance for this information.

My brother file is current. since i apply on 2002, it has only him and his wife name on it. I already pay $88 for AOS. fee. IV application fee invoice showing only parents name. now he have two children. (age 4 and 8). Can you let me know how can i add their names with parents ?
