Marriage Support
Hello,
I married my long term partner in Nevada USA in October and we are trying to figure out the next steps in the process.
I have completed the I-130A visa form and she is doing the I-130 form. Are there any other forms needed as I have seen the I-94 may be needed. I am looking to transfer with work (as I work for Amazon) to the USA and would happily also look at moving over to work before the permanent immigration request is done.
We have not started the process yet as we are just filling out and researching the forms. I live in the UK and have visited on a tourist visa frequently over the past 2 years.
Any help is appreciated
