Mumbai Counselor appointments available?

Hello,

my mother missed the initial interview date scheduled by the US consulate due to emergency in family. I reached out to scheduling website and they said to reschedule as its ok if she missed it. When I try to reschedule, i see bunch of OFC appointments but no Counselor appointments are available for Mumbai. Is anyone else in the same boat as I am? what are my options? Can someone please advise?
