    I824 follow to join Mumbai Consulate

    Hi everyone, I am from India and my I824 application for follow to join got approved recently. I wanted to ask if anyone could give me an idea of how long does it take for the USCIS to send the approved I824 to the NVC and how long after that do they schedule your interview at the Mumbai consulate. The visa category for my follow to join dependents would be employment-based (E14). Thanks for your help.

    Its overall 12 step process - you seems to be at step 2 right now:

    E14 moves little faster compared to other categories. You can expect the visa interview in tentatively 8-9 months from your Form I824 approval.
