Changing Co-Sponsor

I really appreciate if you can help me with my complicated case:

I have received my immigration visa through my wife, who is an American citizen. We have lived for nine years. So my green card is not conditional.
I have not yet entered USA because my wife has hidden my yellow package. So I cannot enter USA. My visa expires on DEC 21.
My brother-in-law is my sponsor.

Now we are living separated and he is denying to be my sponsor. Please consider that we not get divorced for years.

I will appreciate if you can let me know, if it is possible to change my sponsor.
Can you offer any other solution to keep my green card?

Can I sue them for their acts, causing I lose my green card?

Is your sponsorship through your wife different than through brother-in-law. Brother-in-laws actually can't sponsor. Is he joint sponsor?

I have been living with my wife in Iran. And I have never entered USA.
I guess you should be right about my brother-in-law being the joint sponsor. My wife is also my sponsor. But she is not working and has no income in USA.


Do you think there is a way we can substitute my brother-in-law with someone else as my sponsor?
