Status Question

Hi, I wonder if immihelp.com can help me in the following matter. I got the labor certificates letter and an approval letter: the form I 797 notice of action (Application Type: I 140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER Current Status: Approval notice sent.) a long ago. After that the company I apply through says the processing is continuing. It’s been approximately 2 years from the date I got the photocopy of the letters. I have a doubt in not having any letters after that date. Can it be a fraudulent letters or could it be the letter that has been in another persons name and I got it as a **** on? How could I check it to see the process is continuing and the length of the time that will take to get to another letters? And how where can I check the whether the letter is **** or genuine?

You can check the Visa Bulletin for the EB category by country for the current priority date. Two years is NOT a long time to wait.
