IV Fee PAID, DO WE WAIT?

Hi all,

I am a US Citizen. I have paid the "IV fee" for my wife (who is in China).

I believe the interview will be in the US Consulate office in Guangzhou, China (Consular Processing).

QUESTION: Do we now wait for NVC to send an "IV Packet 3" of forms and instructions to me (as her "agent of choice"), or do we proceed right away by downloading the required forms from NVC website, and submitting all civil documents required by the form, together with the IV document Cover Sheet generated from the NVC system, to the NVC offices in New Hampshire?
