My husband won the Green Card lottery for 2023, and we had our interview on May. My husband is the principal applicant, and both our children and he were approved for the Green Card. However, I received a blue slip (INA 221g) stating that they would be checking my travel history. The slip mentioned that I would only receive questions via email through the Supplemental Questionnaire.
I received an email with questions, which I promptly answered. They then requested that I send the information as a PDF file, which I did. They also asked for the case number, which I provided in my response. In their subsequent email, they stated, "We have received your email and will respond accordingly within 1 to 2 business days." I answered all the questions, and I also visited the usatraveldocs website and completed a new application for the immigrant visa IV registration address. I provided all the necessary information.
However, I keep receiving a message saying, "Your case has been updated, please log back into your account to view the details." When I log into my account, there is no new information available. I tried accessing the "Provide Feedback" section, where there are several reasons listed and a comments field. There's also an option to upload a file, but I'm unsure which file I should choose.
My husband and children have been issued visas, and the final date to travel to the US is October 15th. I'm unsure about the next steps to take.
