My parents (DQed 1/18, 2/3) got their IV interview date for 8/21 in Mumbai. I was trying to create each of their profiles in portal.ustraveldocs.com but I keep getting the following message - Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page. Anybody else run into this? Thx

In the absence of this site, how does one schedule biometrics?

The site is now working fine. It was down for a couple of days (at least for me!)

I am getting this error for more than a week, while scheduling the Interview. Tried all possible solutions. Removed cache, history, temp files. Tried different computer. Called customer service. This error still coming. "Error occurred while loading a Visualforce Page". According to Customer Care folks , they are facing same issue
