Immigrant Visa appointment at Mumbai consulate

Greetings -

My mother has been scheduled for her IR5 Visa / Green Card interview at the Mumbai Consulate in August. I have a couple of questions and would really appreciate a response:

1. The instructions received along with the interview confirmation say that a registration is required on the "ustraveldocs.com" website. I tried registering her but keep getting an error with the registration.
2. She lives in Delhi even though the interview is in the Mumbai consulate. I found this link that shows these approved doctors for the medical exam.

   Can someone please confirm if getting the medical exam done with a Delhi doctor even though the appointment is in Mumbai shouldn't be an issue.
