My application for my parents was put under administrative processing due to incomplete documentation. They have requested civil documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate be uploaded and dropped off at a locker site. My question is, do I need to submit originals to the locker and are the civil documents requested supposed to be my parents? Also listed is medical. However, medical was done and it was transmitted to the embassy electronically by the hospital. So, do I just submit the confirmation paper that shows that medical was performed?
