I have created this thread to share our experiences & case details at USCIS, NVC & Dhaka US Consular for all immigrant visa petitioners & beneficiaries from Bangladesh. I hope the informations we will share with each others in this thread, might help us to know how to work out on our cases. Hence I am going to be the first one to start it over by writing down my case:

Case Type: F2A
USCIS receipt date: June 17,2010
Priority date: June 14, 2010
USCIS approval date: November 23, 2010
NVC case assignment date: December 02, 2010
Consular Office: Dhaka

Current status: NVC processing
Waiting for the first package to receive from NVC since Dec 02, 2010

221g additiona processing.

Hellow guys, I am sajib from bangladesh. My wife is an US citizen and she is the petitioner for my immigrant visa. My interview was on 20th december and after interview the visa officer kept my passport and gave me a blue 221g page and told me to return them with answer to some questionnaire so that they can do some additional processing. They told me that they will call me after the additional processing is done. On 21st of december I submit questionnaire page answering all the 10 questionnaire. I asked them when can I receive an update from them but they refuse to give me any exact date. So, does anyone knows , how much time does it take for this additional processing.
