Hi everyone,
I was able to finally book OFC and visa interview appointments in the new portal after my negative sputum test. I chose "continue application" option and booked the slots. Unfortunately, it had "All-IV" category selected. I tried to go back and select the right category. But it asked to close the existing open application and then make that change, which I was too worried to do. As I had read about some issues that were faced by people when that option was selected. Now I do finally have the appointments, but in the wrong category. Does anybody have some insight into this situation? I have emailed the support about this and raised a support request on the portal. Hopefully, I'm not asked to cancel my appointment?
