If I immigrate from India to USA as a spouse of a US Citizen, and don’t resign from my job in India because I’m a stakeholder in the company. Can that create legal issues in the future for me? Will that affect me negatively before or once I enter US? I don’t want to be involved in any financial issues where I and my family would feel harassed.
