National Visa Center scheduled my mom's interview in Mumbai Consulate for 10/26, however we could not get a Biometrics appointment scheduled before her consulate interview and she was turned back due to missing biometrics information. I have now been trying to schedule both biometric and consulate interviews on usvisascheduling.com, the portal is very difficult to navigate. Finally after a 1 week research I reached a page on their website where it shows no slots available for OFC. I have been trying to reach out to them on phone and emails but in vain. Everything on their website is so confusing. I am very frustrated now that my mom got a visa interview but that did not happen. Her health condition is not very great and i wanted her to come visit USA soon. Any help to schedule an appointment for both biometrics and Consulate visa will be appreciated.
