Hello, please help with the info. NVC has scheduled my parent’s consulate interview. I took OFC VAC appt for regular IR5 visa, but VAC appt confirmation page shows visa category as interview waiver. What does it mean? Do we need to go for biometrics or it’s waived, and we just drop our documents at VAC? do we need to go for consulate interview or it’s also waived? My parent does not fall in typical visa category based on age and they have got their B1 visa 8 years ago and no other visa. Thank you for the reply.
