Do we need to cancel IR5 interview appointment at Mumbai for "Interview Waiver”?

Hi

My mom got an immigrant visa(IR5) interview appointment at Mumbai VAC in June'24. I booked her OFC appointment at Hyderabad VAC and the appointment conformation email says "Visa Priority: Interview Waiver”.

Does this mean she doesn’t have to attend immigrant visa appointment in Mumbai VAC?

Is it just enough to attend the OFC appointment in Hyderabad VAC and submit documents and do fingerprints?

If this is true, do we need to call and cancel the Mumbai VAC appointment?
