I130 approved, no update from NVC for an year

I applied for I130 for my mother in Sept 2022, received approval in Sept 2023. USCIS online status says the application was sent to NVC. However I have not received anything from NVC. I have sent multiple emails to the public inquiry form. How do I call or otherwise ask NVC what is the hold up?

I filed I130 on my own. When I asked a lawyer, they told me there is nothing they can do.
