I had filed petition for my parents GC together. And NVC had confirmed that the applications were linked. Received an RFE for mom, but not for dad. So mom’s DQ date is almost 2.5 months later than dad’s. Now we have IL for dad but not for mom. What can be done? Since NVC is not answering phone calls anymore, who else can help?
