Fingerprint Inconclusive

Hi,

I'm sending this email because one of the person that I know is going through such struggle because of the

finger print process for the Green Card. She has already went in three times doing her fingerprint and she has been receiving

notifications that informs her that it was inconclusive. What are the other options that she has to do in order to have this finger print

process done?
