I want to work in US Permanently

Hi,

I was wondering if you could answer some questions for me, I worked over in the USA as part of a summer camp and I now want to work in the US permanently, I know I can stay 90 days wihtout a visa o i have booked my flights, however, im going to look for a job out there.

So i was wondering if i need to apply for a visa before i go for job seeking or if i manage to get a job and they apply for my visa as my sponser when im there?
