I'm applying for a green card as a special immigrant(g4 visa dependent). the requirement is spending atleast 7 years before turning 21.
But unfourtunately i'm already 22 (and was able to fit in only 6 years and 11 months before the age of 21). All my brothers and sisters were able to fit in the 7 years... Is there any mercy? Should i still apply
Side note: been in the US for about 9 years
Any thoughts on this bind i'm in?
