need help with Police clearance certificate

hello everybody,
NVC requested immigrant visa application from me..i send them DS 230 and other applicable documents except police clearance certificate as it was not ready at that time...Now that PCC is ready..
Question:-
Should i wait for the checklist(objection for not sending PCC)?
or
Send PCC now?

Question about PCC

Hi,
I had my DS-230 check list asking for PCC. I got one from my country but i also stayed in another country for 7 months. Do i need to get PCC from that country too?
