Hi! Need sound help and advice.
I'm in the US receiving follow-up treatments for stage IV lymphoma. It's been one year post treatment and we are at a lost on what to do or where to go from here. We have been applying to extend my visitor visa for a year now and my latest extension expires on april. we are wondering, will it be wise to gamble and try to extend my stay again or better of i goes back to the Philippines to apply for re-entry? I will be needing continuous follow-up periodically since I am at a high risk of recurrence. There is nobody to take care and look after me in the Philippines in case something comes "up" again. Everyone in my family migrated here in the US three years ago and I am the only one left there since I am above 21. My parents have filed a petition for me for unmarried sons/daughters above 21 but i know that even will take years. I have read of humanitarian parole for premium processing, will it be applicable to me?. any help will be greatly appreciated. I would like to take the best course of action possible.
thank you in advance.
