Clarification re DS-230

Hi - I am a soon to be US citizen, living in the USA for the past three years with my american husband.

My intention is, after I am naturalized, to submit I-130s for my parents.

After researching this process, I am confused about a step. As I understand it, I submit the I-130s to the NVC for them then the NVC will send out a DS-230 to them, in England, to complete. (which is when I complete I-864?)

Where then, do they send it? I am getting conflicting info from the US consulate in London (they say London) and the USCIS website (they say NVC)

You don't send I-130 to NVC but to USCIS.

Thank you for correcting that point.

After my parents (in England) have completed their DS-230 where do they send it? As I mention in my ealier post, I am getting conflicting info about this.

Process after DS-230 for Green Card

I am kash live in london for 7 years, my wife is green card holder and she applied for my green card in june 2010.

I have just sent my DS-230 and my sponsor already sent I864.

Can any one tell me whts the next process, and how long for next process please? and how long for the interview
