Greetings,
I have a question regarding the biometric test. I was issued a green card re newal and never received, i have re applied stating that the prior card was considered lost, since i never got it nor did the NCIS had it returned. My question is, will i have to do redue my biometric test, being that i had one done not more than 4 months ago? i wll be traveling abroad and wont be present in the US.
