Form DS-0230 Sections 10 and 11; Green Card mailing address

Hello, I've recently applied for the Diversity Visa scheme and I now require to fill out various forms, including DS-0230.
However, sections 10 and 11 have left me slightly perplexed as to what to do next.

I am not currently living in the United States, and as such I do not possess a residential mailing address.
Is it necessary to have a US mailing address to receive a green card, or is this information not applicable in this instance?
