I am an american citizen for 6 years now. I petitioned the government for my parents who live abroad. I filed all papers and the petitions has been approved. I am the designated agent. I paid the AOS fee and the immigration visa application fee. I filed the AOS already. However I am a little confused about the immigration visa application DS-230. Am I supposed to file it? if yes I should fill part I but signing in Part II should it be left out for my parents to do it in the embassy, right? i am just confused about this process a little bit. Like all the papers and documents that go with DS-230. Should my parents send me all documents ( photos and civil documents) so I could file them with DS-230. Please let me know. Sorry for this long note. Thank you for your help much

A follow up question

A quick question that pertains to the same issue:
Both my parents have tourists visa. Could they both come to visit me this summer and adjust their status here or they can't do that? or i have to wait until I finish filing the immigrant visa applications for them? Anyhow if the answer to the later is yes, they still could come for a visit, right? thanks for the help
