Help for DS 230 application fill up

Hello! I recently paid the IV application fee, and got access to DS-230 packet. I am now starting with all the forms my mom needs to sign and the civil docs that she needs to send to me. My question started with filling up the DS-230. My mother is a widow, my father died 4 years a go. I am the petitioner for my mother, and I was wondering if my mother needs to fill up the information about my father starting from Question # 14-18 -- my father's full name, birthdate/place, occupation, date of marriage.
