spouse name addition after visa application

hi
i had applied for iimigrant visa to usa.now i have to send ds 230 form.for PCC i had to go through reissisue of indian passport as passport office were not issuing PCC without the spouse name.so my passport has been renewed,will that affect my visa processing ....
