Hey Folks,
Just got my I-140 approved (eb1c), currently working outside the States for the sponsoring company, going thru. the Consular Processing process.
The situation is I am currently working PART-TIME for my sponsoring company, but later after I move to the States, I will work FULL-TIME for my sponsoring company, and the sponsoring company will issue a FULL-TIME permanent employment letter for my Consular Processing Interview Purpose.
My question is: Will my current PART-TIME work status for the sponsoring affect my interview, I figure it wouldn't matter as any employment based Green Card application is for a future job, am I right? Will the immigration officer question my current PART-TIME work status with the company, and the part-time pay from my latest pay stubs?
Many Thanks to your help!!!
