How can i get PCC from Qatar. My father lived there for 2 years in 1985-1987. he is in india and is indian citizen. Can i get fingerprints done, take his photographs and lettter from NVc requesting PCC with fees to Qatar embassy in New Delhi and will they issue it? woiuld that PCC be acceptable by NVC?
