I applied for my parents I-130 in February 2011 indicating consular processing
Received RFE for delayed registration of Birth in July 2011.
Will be responding to RFE in few weeks.
Now my parents have to visit me for 2 months (plz note that there I-130 is currently in process)
My question are following:
1. If during there US visit on visitor Visa, I-130 gets approved, can I file AOS ?
2. Is it OK for them to visit US in first place, if I-130 is in process?
