  • G-325A Question

    Hi All,

At the end of the G-325A form is a box which says "Applicant: Print your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below."

Now I am the US citizen petitioner, and my wife is the beneficiary, so we submitted our G-325A's with the I-130. But I left these heavy boxes blank because they did not seem to make sense. Our names were already above at the top. And I am not an applicant.

But now, 30 days later, I am afraid my I-130 will be rejected because I left these blank and I am very tempted to send in copies of our 2 G-325A's with those boxes filled in and a cover letter explaining why I am sending the new copies, to the California center where there are processing my petition.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Richard

I wasn't sure what to do here either but to be safe I wrote our names in and wrote "N/A" under alien registration number.

I know that's not hugely informational but just thought I'd share what we did. This whole process is so confusing!
