Hi All,
My case has been sent to the consulate in India and I am waiting for the consulate interview. I just came to know about some strange situation involved in my case.
My H1B is with one company called "ABC Inc" which is a whole subsidiary of the company called "ABC Global Inc". Of course, both company names got the same address and the same management, HR etc.
I did not noticed till now, for unknown reasons, they have been running my pay stubs under "ABC Global Inc". And also, in the I-140, they mentioned that I am working for "ABC Global Inc". (Of course my I-140 is approved).
By the way, The GC is for a position with "ABC Global Inc".
WILL THE ABOVE SITUVATION QUESTIONABLE IN THE CONSULATE INTERVIEW??
