I have come back to India last year, my EB2 PD is Jan 2009 and my 140 is already approved. I would like to know:
1. What is the next step? As far as my understanding is concerned I will have to start CP while in India.
2. What are the documentations I will have to send / prepare in order to do so?
3. What are the packets 3/4?
4. Please share logical steps starting from CP till Immigrant visa issuance?
5. If CP is in process, can I file H1B separately and after reaching USA can I opt for I-485 filing?
