I'm Confused - please help
Hi All ,
My Spouse is American and we live outside USA . she applied for a immigration visa for me and her request was accepted . then the embassy asked me to send some documents and when i sent them they didn't accept the affdadvit of support ( Form I864 ) as my wife and sponser didn't work for a long period in USA . they advised me to seek for another joint sponsor.
my wife will be able to work in USA after a year and then she will be able to fill the affadavit of support again for me .
For me it's not easy to find another sponsor. although my finanincial situation is good and i have good assets but for sure i cannot sponsor myself.
my question now is : what if my wife and me decided to visit USA together for a short period..... will i be able to get a non immigrant visa ?
please note , i have my work and family and good assets .
