I am a us citizen and want to bring my parents as an immigrant. I have the question that my elder sister age 60yrs is mentally retarded and is fully dependent on my parents so can she accompany her parents as an immigrant or not or it has to take longer time like my parents come here and then sponsor her . Please clarify and also if any other options available to bring her inas an mentally retarded person.

She can not come with your parents as dependent.
She will have to go through normal route of sibling sponsorship. Even then, she may not be eligible to immigrate at all.Immihelp Support
