Premium procesing apply for immigrant visa in mexico consulate?
My mom applied for her papers trough her cityzen husband and sje had to go to Mexico consulate for her interview, now after the interview they said she have to wait 12 months to get a response, so my question is if she can apply for premium procesing to get an early reaponse?
