CHANGE to CONSULAR PROCESSING
I have the approval for I 140 and have moved to India which means that I will have to change from I 485 to Consular Processing.
I read , that my Employer or me (beneficiary) will have to file I 824 to send my approved Immigration petition to NVC
Queries :
a) Who files I 824?
b) Does anyone has a sample filled up dummy "I 824 Form " ?
Please throw some info on this ,,,Its SOS situation as my PD is bound to be current in the next Visa bulletin.
