visa I-130 in NVC

When I was legal permanent resident, I petitioned for my daughter and recently became a US, citizen I sent a letter ( one month ago) about upgrading a petition to immediate relative.
I didn't receive no information from NVC.

my question is what can I do now? How many time I need to wait for respond?

please help me I don't know how long I have to wait for respond? thank you.
