Can I use I140 approval of previous company?

I was working with company ‘A’ which filed my PERM which was approved. Subsequently they filed I-140 in EB2 category. I left company ‘A’ & joined company ‘B’ while I-140 was still pending approval.

Now when I am working with company B, the I140 approval has come. I am planning to quit company B also & go back to India for extended time due to personal reasons.

Can I use the approved I-140 to file GC on my own while I am still in USA & opt for Counselor Processing in India when my priority date becomes available?
