Hi,
I need your help in helping me evaluate if there would be any problem in my case.
My Green Card is in progress in EB3 (special skill) category and I am about to submit DS 230 for counsulor processing from India.
At the same time, my company is planning to apply L1A (manager) visa for me to travel to US in another 2-3 months.
As you can see both have different categories, will my L1A application impact GC processing. Or will L1A be rejected as GC have been applied in different category.
Please help.
